What is Zionism? What does that term even mean?
In scripture, "Zion" refers to the mountain in Jerusalem that housed the Holy Temple, Sanhedrin, and seat of the Davidic kingdom. Historically, "Zion" became the symbol of Jews longing to return to our ancestral land and rebuild a Holy Temple to God atop Mt. Zion as in days of yore.
