The Torah sternly cautions us against a type of occult practitioners called מעוננים (me’ONeNim — see Deut. 18:10,14) and strictly prohibits this practice (Lev. 19:26) along with sorcery, necromancy, passing one's child to Molekh, and other forbidden acts..
Our sages are divided about how to translate this term.
The Sages define מעוננים as those who “catch the eyes (עֵינַיִם — OYiN עין)” [i.e., they deceive by creating optical illusions]. Rabbi Akiva claims that the word comes from עונה, times or seasons, and consequently means people who make predictions concerning allegedly propitious or unpropitious times (עוֹנוֹת ONoth). [1]
However, neither word ("time" עונה or "eye" עין) contains a second "nun," so one would need to assume it's a duplicate consonant and not original to the root עת\עונה or עין. Perhaps a more literal explanation of מעוננים might be linked to the word ענן (ONoN), cloud. Accordingly, the verse in Deuteronomy would read: "There shall not be among you... those who make artificial clouds," and in Leviticus (לא תעוננו): "Do not engineer clouds." [2]
Can it be that the Torah is predicting millennia in advance that some day, evil men would attempt to engineer weather patterns by seeding their own clouds? Or that they'd someday spurt dubious puffs of unknown particles into our skies and claim they're nothing more than benign contrails, scarring our atmosphere with murky mist and haze?
Most compelling is that the Torah includes this prohibition with other depraved practices like sacrificing children to Molekh. Indeed, the very people obsessed with manufacturing clouds and engineering weather are also behind the so-called "Public Health'' agenda in which parents are expected to subject their child to harm for the sake of an alleged greater good. Sacrificing one's child on the altar of modern medicine is modern-day Molekh worship.
Interesting also how these prohibitions are listed along with sorcery. The etymology of "pharmaceutical" goes back to the ancient Greek word pharmakoia, which meant witchcraft, poison, and gruesome human sacrifice ritual.
In fact, Rabbi Akiva's definition relates as well, since these cloud-spewing villains are also suspected for utilizing modern technology to create optical illusions with which to mislead the population (think Canadian and Hawaiian "climate" fires, fake plane footage of 9/11, theatrical "moon landings," and other examples of false flag operations).
Moreover, the Sages' interpretation is also relevant, since these eugenicist psychopaths are constantly making predictions of doom. According to globalist puppet Al Gore, the North Pole should have completely melted by 2013 (ten years ago). Their contemporary false prophets make similar predictions all the time. It's all part of their fear-mongering tactics.
Cloud engineering, optical illusions, predicting fake time periods... Perhaps all are included in Scripture's dire warning against מעוננים.
Bottom line: beware those who make clouds.
May G-d save us from their evil designs.

Mind blowing that cloud seeding and geo engineered storms etc are hinted at, predicted, in the Torah. But then we do know the Torah is the blueprint of the world.
Brilliant deduction!
