Yes Dear Rav, it is a scam. Could not claim one of the frauds you listed

as a mistaken view. One can not escape the control.

As all those innumerable frauds are global and also include ‘organized religion’, what are the chances that holy books are genuinely holy?

600,000+ males over 20, not counting Levites, not counting females, not counting those under 20...it was millions of the Children of Israel, and many converts who had Prophecy ( Navuah) at mount Sinai.

That's a lot of witnesses to one event.

Belief in the Torah is ultimately belief in prophecy...being the case one must realize that Haggai, Malachai, and Zecharia were part of the rebuilding of the second Temple, and formed a small jewish court ( beit din) of 3 Navi'im ( prophets) all by themselves...as part of the larger group called the Anshei Kenesset Hagedolah" ( the "great assembly"of 120 leaders.

Just to cite the source of my answer, I first heard that from Chacham ( Rabbi) Asher Wade at Or Samayach yeshiva about 28 years ago. I grew up Orthodox and just thought it was likely the best answer I ever heard as to why we can rely on the Torah.
