Perhaps one of the greatest tragedies of the Shoah was that no one realized who the true enemy really was, and how the bloody assault on Jews and humanity never ended. It just changed form, i.e. from overt murder to slow and subtle killing. And the enemy is still using pharmaceuticals to mass murder the population. They're just a bit slower-working than Zyklon-B.
