Question: Why don't I "stand with Ukraine?" And if I don't "stand with Ukraine," then with whom do I stand? Answer: I stand with God, Torah, and the truth. I stand with individual innocent human beings who happen to live in geographic area known as Ukraine, their families and communities, and especially with my fellow Jews, their families and communities, who live in that region.
Thank you for speaking up. The last 2 years have shown me that every area of human endeavor is susceptible to being captured and controlled by the intentional, coordinated, malfeasance of bad actors. And meanwhile many or most people will passively go along with the blatant corruption even as it threatens and harms their lives and the lives of their children. This has been shocking to me. I believe that this is truly unprecdented.
My husband and I stand for the truth. We are basically alone and don’t know a single person who isn’t blinded by the lies. People think we’re nuts but we keep sharing the truth regardless.
2+2+=4 and nothing changes that despite the masses regurgitating the 2+2=5 koolaid.
Thank you, Sir, for your willingness to be the “voice of one crying out in the wilderness…” Isaiah 40:3
My grandparents came to the US from Proskurov (today Khmelnitsky) al yad Medzibozh, home of the BESHT. Major pogrom in 1919. Yizkor book, Churbn Proskurov. published in the 20's. My grandmother came alone as a teenager. That was then.
No excuse, but the Ukrainian people did elect a Jewish President overwhelmingly. Not to excuse the past. I support the Ukraine against the bully Putin.
I also donated a major part of my IRA to Ichud Hatzalah of Israel, (United Hatzalah). which has rescued thousands of Ukrainian Jews from all parts of the country and has flown them to safety in Israel. UH is the most meritorious organization on the face of the earth, l'fi da'ati..
Sadly I agree 100%. Never forget has meaning and history repeats.
Amen
Thank you for bringing such clarity to these confusing past two years, this is the most logical statement I have ever read.
Yes indeed!
You are spot on Rabbi Green! It’s refreshing to hear the voice of reason and truth!
This is exactly the correct way of relating to the world as it stands now.
There are so many people who would agree 100%.
This should be translated in other languages and sent around the world.
This brought tears to my eyes. You are truly a man of soul, vision, integrity and truth. Thank you Rabbi for all that you do.
What a great essay! You speak for me, I completely agree.
Shalom Rabbi Green,
I follow Hashem.
I am a non- Jew and also i liked how you include non Jews too as humans created by the only One Creator - Hashem.
Thank you Rabbi for standing up for what is true, and guiding us to truth.
Hashem bless you and yours. Amen.
Amen. Thank you for you adherence to the word of the LORD.
Wow rabbi, I feel like I'm reading what I was thinking exactly. Thank you so much for this.

Well said and the kind of thoughtful discourse we need more of. I’d love to hear you on the Joe rogan podcast. 🤗
